2025年2月4日、ワルテル・コーエン駐日パナマ大使兼東京総領事は、ルイス・ロケベル パナマ海事庁長官、ラモン・リカルド・フランコ同庁商船局長、SEGUMARのチームと共に、両国間の協力関係を強化し、同社の船隊におけるパナマ船籍登録の競争優位性を促進することを目的に、日本の大手海運会社である三徳船舶株式会社を表敬訪問しました。
