2025年1月28日、ワルテル・コーエン駐日パナマ大使兼東京総領事は、ルイス・ロケベル パナマ海事庁長官、ラモン・リカルド・フランコ同庁商船局長と共に川崎汽船（K-Line）の代表取締役社長兼CEO、日本船主協会（JSA）会長を務めていらっしゃる明珍幸一氏を表敬訪問しました。この会議には、JSAの代表者の皆様、K-Lineの担当者の方も出席されました。
