2024年1月24日、カルロス・ペレ駐日パナマ大使は、エリザベス・ヘウルテマッテ大使夫人とともに、東京都が主催する”Tokyo Ambassadors Night”に参加しました。このイベントは、東京都の革新的なイニシアチブを紹介し、国際協力を促進するために、著名な外交団代表が一堂に会するものです。セレモニーでは、ペレ大使が「鏡開き」に参加されました。
