今月は、今治市とパナマ市姉妹都市共同宣言45周年を記念する月です。この宣言には、文化やスポーツ分野での協力を通して長年にわたって強化されてきた商業および友愛の絆が述べられています。
1977年3月、日本で両国の市長が集まり、両市の友好都市宣言に調印しました。駐日パナマ大使館は、この関係がさらに発展するよう、今後も努力を続けて参ります。
