2022年4月12日、カルロス・ペレ駐日パナマ大使は、国土交通省の職員である後藤祥平氏及び下斗米貴聖氏(海事局 総務課国際企画調整室)の表敬訪問を受けました。

今回の会合では、日本工営株式会社作成の「パナマ運河の水不足問題解決の解消に向けた調査検討」のレポートを受け取りました。
